Terms of use

L4L Biology is run by Learn4Less Tutoring Services Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada.

It is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the University of British Columbia. Course codes such as BIOL 112 and BIOL 121 are used only to describe which courses the practice is aligned to.

• Use L4L Biology only to study.
• Don't use it during any graded assessment: quizzes, Mastery Learning Modules (MLMs), iClicker questions, midterms or exams.
• Follow your course's academic integrity rules at all times.

Every question, explanation, flashcard and diagram is original and © 2026 Learn4Less Tutoring Services Ltd. We don't use real past exams or copy course materials.

The content is for your personal study on L4L Biology only. Please don't:

• copy, print, screenshot to share, or redistribute it;
• scrape it or collect it with automated tools;
• paste or upload your instructors' slides, exams or other course materials into L4L Biology.

A biology reviewer checks our content, but mistakes can still happen. If you spot one, use “Report a problem” and we'll fix it.

Your instructors and official course materials are the final authority. Mastery and readiness scores are practice indicators, not grade predictions. Topic maps and exam blueprints are our estimates and may differ from your class.

• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• We may suspend accounts that scrape content, share it, or misuse the service.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (info@Learn4Less.ca).

• The free plan stays free.
• The Pro Term Pass is a single payment per course per term. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
• Not happy? Email info@Learn4Less.ca within 7 days of buying for a full refund.
• If you're under 19, please check with a parent or guardian before buying.

If you turn on AI feedback for written answers, it's a beta feature. It suggests which marking points your answer covers, but you always confirm your own mark. Read the privacy policy for what is sent and why.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada that apply there.
